Appointments can be booked either in person, via e-mail or through the website.
We are currently offering a Home Visits Service for clients. This would involve being treated in the comfort of your home, as opposed to travelling elsewhere for a treatment and then having the benefits undone by having to travel back through crowded transport, delays, and heavy traffic.

We are fortunate enough to have a number of talented Artists and Designers as a part of our Team, who have created a few limited edition art prints which you can buy from our online shop.

Adding to our Design range, we also have a few T-Shirts available. In time, this will expand as we increase our range as well as the Designers and Creatives that we work with.

What Is REFLEXOLOGY?

Reflexology is a holistic therapy that works on the principal that the entire body’s systems and organs are mapped out within zones and reflex areas on the feet and hands. By applying pressure, using mainly the thumbs and fingers on these reflex areas, you can relax, relieve stress, rejuvenate the entire body and help eliminate toxins, to create a sense of balance (homeostasis) and well-being.
